Description

Bright and sunny blooms of calendula flowers are dried and infused into organic extra virgin olive oil to create a gentle healingbalm and salve beautiful golden oil. To the salve, I have added essential oils of lavender and helichrysum for additional benefits to the skin. This salve has skin healing benefits that will help sooth, calm and repair inflamed skin. Some uses for this salve would be good for eczema, skin rash, scrapes and insect bites.

Lavender Essential oil: This oil is distilled from lavender flowers  and has a sweet herbal scent, providing a calming effect. It also has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It's what I call 'mother of all oils'

Helichrysum Essential Oil: Distilled from flowers of the name, and sometimes also known as Immortal or Everlasting Flower, this oil has a long standing history of treating skin inflammation. It has rejuventating properties that help soothe the skin.
